Southern Heritage Builders has been in business since 2006 when owner Todd Miles built the company’s first spec home. Prior to home building, Todd, who has a degree in civil engineering, owned a flooring and remodeling business.
  
Our crew of craftsmen is unlike most home builders who subcontract most of their work. Our team is involved from start to finish. The same crew installs all molding, trim work, flooring and cabinetry in the homes we build.

Interesting fact: Todd became interested in building at a young age accompanying his father, who worked as an HVAC technician, to job sites. He uses those same principles he learned from his father – always be honest and fair; take pride in your work and value relationships – as he and his team build houses for his customers. He has now spent nearly three decades helping others improve or build one of their most important assets – their home.
